The interior is very cozy, I really like the design of this café – it’s a pleasure to spend time here. The prices are also quite reasonable, which is another plus.

Had a party for 10 to celebrate my friends 83rd Birthday. Food, service and atmosphere was excellent. Tokyo Star is a real Gem of a place. The staff are Amazing! Good time had by all!

Popped in yesterday for an iced coffee, what a great place! So nice to see this stylish coffee shop in Scarborough town centre. Independently run by two local young people - had a chat with one of them who was really lovely! Food menu is limited - drinks and snacks really. But coffee was great, the sofas were comfy and the welcome was warm. Please visit, I want it to do well so that I can go back again! :)

Tokyo Star is an absolute gem in Scarborough. The decore in this place is fantastic, making it a pleasure to simply sit and enjoy the ambience whilst having one of their amazing beverages. Every time I've been in, I have always been met with a warm welcome from Paul, John, and (Princess) Bea. I would highly recommend this place next time you're in Scarborough.

Visited both with my family and solo for takeaway. Nice relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Great selection of drinks, the food we had was lovely. Sweet treats are good too. Definitely recommend a visit

Best Coffee in Scarborough. No, correction, in the whole of NorthYorkshire. Rich and creamy and delicious. You don't know until you try. + the environment is top notch, definitely needed in Scarbrough and the staff are great and welcoming too.

This was a quick pitstop as mum and I had walked all the way to Sainsburys and were on our way home and tired. We just got green teas and had a rest. Fab decor, comfy seating, lovely atmosphere and the loveliest staff. We loved it here and will come back

Lovely cafe. I was enticed by the promise of specialty coffee and the flat white didn't disappoint. Got a takeaway coffee so I wasn't in there long but found the staff friendly and coffee was great.
